Responsible Power have recently completed the successful installation of a 600Amp iVolt, the leading Intelligent Voltage Optimiser.

With an annual electricity bill of approximately £40,000, the school has undertaken significant energy saving activity which included voltage optimisation. The project received SalixSiemens funding and with estimated savings of just over 10%.

The unit was installed in late November 2011 and the savings, measured using the unique IRT Monitor within the iVolt unit, are averaging at 12.37%. This provides savings of more than £5,000 per annum!
